We were asked to fit out an existing building in Ringwood with open plan office spaces, meeting and interview rooms, reception and waiting area, staff library, kitchen and toilet facilities and computer alcove, and to create modern, bright, open spaces for staff and visitors, incorporating an employment service for the disabled in addition to other staff accommodation.

A sense of space was created by leaving sections of ceiling exposed. Due to tight client time lines the project was documented in a three-week period to meet project deadline in 2009. ESD initiatives include reclaimed timber space dividers in reception and the kitchen, innovative use of a low wattage lighting design and low VOC direct stuck carpet tiles with recycled content.
